Exclamation Not starting AGAIN!!!

So the other month i traced my problem to be my fuel pump...the car wasn't starting....it was getting good spark...i checked the fuel pump for juice...and sure enough ....it was getting juice...meaning that the fuel pump is dead...sure enough it was....i went ahead and ordered the supra twin turbo pump.... threw that in...wouldn't start for a while....grounded it properly....threw some starting fluid in...gave it the boost it needed..and sure enough it started...and a month later....which was this morning...out of the blue...wouldnt start....HELPP!!!..

Got a fuel pressure gauge by chance? If it runs on ether its obviously not an ignition problem. Either your injectors aren't working right or your fuel pump is dying again.

I Just Did A Engine Check Code Test....i Got Three Codes....water Thermosensor...oxygen Sensor...and Egr Valve.....what Is The Egr Valve??...im Guessing That My Hesitation And Black Smoke Are Coming From The O2 Sensor.. But Still Have No Clue As To Why My Fuel Pmp Would Keep Dying On Me....maybe A Bad ReLAy...any More Suggestions?

Start by fixing that water thermosensor, its probably causing several of your other problems, and may be why it wont start. If you still get the O2 code after that replace it next.

Water thermosensor is a key input to the ECU. It richens the mixture up when the car is cold - if it's bad or the wire is broken, the car will be VERY hard to start when cold.

EGR valve and O2 sensor aren't anything major - the car will start and idle fine without them.

How's your fuel filter? Has it been changed in recent memory?

Dale
