Non-Seq question for Dont Be A Rikki

Hey, I was checking out your site for how to convert to non-seq. I really want to do it, since I have been having boost problems pretty much the entire time I have had my car, and its been a huge pain in the ***. I just have a couple questions. Now, I know I have to cap off the vacuum lins to the turbo pre control solenoid regardless, and then I have to switch the two connectors (I think..). My question is, what size screws o studs or pills do I need to use to block off the hoses and where do I get them? I have a streetport from Pettit racing, Pettit intake, downpipe, midpipe and exhaust, so when would I begin to build boost with Non-seq? Also, my car runs super rich, would I be able to crank up the boost to 12psi safely, or would this still be too much for the stock fuel system? Thanks alot in advance to Rikki and anyone else who can help me.

Thanks for yor quick reply I really appreciate it. Ok I am glad I got the connector switch right, I read a few posts where people seemed to be a bit confused about that part lol. I guess I will have to do some running between Home Depot and Discount auto parts to get all the little things I need. I'm also throwing in the manual boost controller when I do the switch (courtesy of Home Depot Racing) hehe. My mods are a mild pettit streetport, pettit intake system, pettit downpipe, midpipe, and greddy exhaust. I also have a boost gauge of course and an A/F ratio gauge. I'll take your advice and keep her at 12psi. Thanks again!
