noise with gutted cat
So I have the cat gutted...anyone agree that since the cat's body material is thin metal, that it sounds really like tin with your head under the car? I would think a midpipe instead would be a better choice to get rid of that.

Taking the precat is enough deletion. Why did you take the main cat out? What a povo mod.
You get to pollute the environment, smell bad and sound like crap for an extra 5kws, not worth it in my opinion. Put a sports high flow cat in.

Good point. I am not running the airpump, but I have seen several examples of aftermarket high flow cats being used without the airpump. I may just go that route.
