No Injector Duty Cycle

Hi all,

I have just finished my rebuild. Changes made were.
New 1680cc secondary injectors, new secondary fuel rail, nylon fuel lines, non sequential turbos, simplified rats nest.

Went to start the car and it just turns over. I know I have fuel pressure its at 40psi.
I checked my PFC and when I try to start the car my INJ DUTY CYCLE stays at 0.00%.

What would cause this? Any help would be appreciated.
Regards,
Michael

Is the tach bouncing as you crank? The ECU may not be seeing the engine turn over - could be a problem with the crank angle sensors or trigger wheel.

Ok, so I took off the UIM again and tested the injectors for ground and nothing.

I checked continuity between the solenoid clips and the injector and they have the same ground so I grounded one of the injector clip wire to see if it would solve the problem.

I got ground on the injector after that.

I decided to check the fuel system for leaks then and when I turned the ignition on the EGI fuse blew straight away.

So I take it I have a short, most likely somewhere between the ground and all the stuff that is attached to that ground.

Anybody have any ideas?

Also for anybody wondering, the injectors ground the the top of the engine block below the coils.
