Guess that connector

So I'm in the middle of my 5 speed swap, went to install the clutch pedal, and found this guy hanging out by himself.

It looks like it attaches to the clutch, but why would the auto harness have it?

Mazda replaced the harness in 2002 under warranty, could they have used the manual harness, or is this supposed to go somewhere else?

Thanks.

I believe it's either:

J4-04 – Theft-Deterrent Control System - Option Switch
J4-01 - CPU #2

Please refer to branch #1 HERE

I have a 5 speed and I think I recall seeing that harness unused on mine. Just had the entire interior out for running new stereo wires.
