No coolant fans (not working) after 5 speed swap, engine/ring/dash harness style.

Ok so I did the 5 speed swap originally with automatic harnesses, but found most of the electronics to function improperly or not at all. So when my engine took a dump on me I took the long and painful route of swapping harnesses (thanks to Rotary Experiment Seven, local rotor heads, and local junk yard - UNBELIEVABLE!!) and everything works great except the cooling fans, among other things.

I have noticed, although possibly irrelevant, that the 93's have a resistor attached to the cooling fan relays, and the 94's do not. I now realize that I have a 94 engine, ring, and dash harness, but a lot of electronics from the 93 automatic are still in place. I don't know if this matters or not.

The fans do however click on with the diagnostic box wired or if I use the A/C button. My fan mod and PFC do not cut on the fans. I just have a need to have things work properly, that's mostly why I did the harness swap. So I ask does anyone have any ideas as to why it might not be working? I have tried swapping the relay's and will get a picture of the now defunct resistor (does not have connector in 94 harness.)

So remember how I said among other things? Add that I don't have a horn or cooling fans (this time around), and still no speedometer or fog lights (from previous swap). I guess the transmission I got for my swap was a dud for the speedometer sensor gear (tried swapping sensors, no avail). It could also be my gauge cluster is still a automatic, but highly doubtful IMO.

Thanks in advance for any input and help.

Aaron
