No boost on the primary turbo

It's been like 2 months since that problem started and cannot find out what is it.
I don't have boost on the first turbo, maybe at WOT i'll get like 1psi, until 4500rpm when the secondary kicks in. You can listen to the turbo whistle but no boost. Secondary works fine.

The mods i've got are PFC, Catback exhaust, intakes, Blitz SBC Id boost controller, 3bar MAP, and my mechanic told me that it's the PFC and needs an Upgrade on the software or something like that. I thought BS! i know lots of people running their FD's just fine with PFC's.

Any help would be grately appreciated, since i decided to fix it myself, if i find out what the problem is.

Check the BOV. It may be stuck open, therefore, venting all the boost. Also check the CCV and CCV vacuum line. It may not be closing, thus dumping all primary boost into the secondary turbo and out the intake.

Hows your boost after transition (after 4500rpm)??

After the transition the boost is normal. I get 0.8bar about 12psi.. as we set the boost controller. It can't be the BOV because that's only for the first turbo and it sounds ok as well. What is the CCV?

Charge Control Valve. It's a vacuum/solenoid controlled "flap" located in the Y-Pipe. It (should) remain fully closed until the secondary turbo kicks in. At that juncture, it swings open allowing all the boost flow from the 2nd Turbo into the Y-Pipe,..into the IC,..etc,..etc...

My mechanic will send the PFC tomorrow back to APEXi. I disagree with him since it'snot logic, but he will do it at his own expenses so i don't car. As long as he fix my car with no cost he can do as he wish.
