nitrouse or not?
I'm not a fan of nitrous, since I don't like power that you have to refill. You can go through a tank of nitrous REALLY fast, BTW.
That said, there's nothing wrong with running a little nitrous. I would stick with a 50 wet shot on an FD - you can go dry, but with the car turbocharged and many times running on the edge, I'd prefer the safety of a wet shot.
Reallly, looking at your mod list, I'd get an intercooler first. You'll reap much more long-term benefits from an IC than nitrous.

i have nothing against nitrous, but there is just quite a bit more hp for you to untap on the stock twins with fuel, IC and a tunable ECU.
on the other hand, if you had a nice wet setup for cheap and know how to keep your A/F's in check, then sure. just remember you're spraying over an already boosted engine, so keep the shot on the mild.
The stock IC isnt going to matter if he's spraying cause it doesnt affect airflow thru the intercooler. I think he would do pretty good to run low boost like 10-11psi and spray a 50hp wet shot with it. Of course, it all has to be set up/tuned properly and you're more than likely going to need a good ignition amp. Also, you might find that nitrous creates a TON of exhaust and you might exceed the limits of your stock wg and get boost creep. You need to keep a REAL close eye on your boost when your testing to make sure your not creeping. I've knows of peoples boost to creep 2-4psi when spraying BUT they were running a lot more boost power, ect than you. Your may or may not creep...just be carefull and watch it close.
Good luck and let everyone knows how it turns out,

It's called NAWS for a reason!
Every little power adder helps, but these engines are fragile enough as is. I wouldn't even think about a nitrous system unless I had a huge @$$ turbo I needed to spool.

NOS is crack cocaine for rotary’s and some of those who have installed have also removed it. And I'm not familiar with a KAI T51R (assuming turbo charger, single) but if you switched from the twins it's the price you pay. So unless you are track serious and or have the time and money to have your engine rebuilt quite a bit more often then I say stay away. But that's my $0.02.
