Nice FD + track day = Bummer!
Saw this car at our local Nats ( posted before) and it was one sweet ride.
The other week the owner took it out for a track day and....well....you can see.
Apparently its had major chasis damage, might see if hes selling the wheels

Damn, that had to hurt! :{
If my FD looked that good I would never even consider putting it on a race track, or the street for that matter...that looked too pretty to have fun in!!!

Just to add to the tow truck info..
its a mid 90's Holden Commodore ute, running most likely a 3.8 v6 (I think based on a buick block? ) or a 5 litre Australian Holden engine. the 5.7 chevs came out later than that car looks to be (1998 got the Gen 3 engine...the one with the lovely piston slap problems after 10k miles!). Ute was built in Australia, prob sold new in New Zealand
Absolute bucket of pus truck / ute to drive...driving around bumpy corners looking in the rear view mirror and lining it up with the tailgate you can "watch" the chassis flex!
That FD looked very very clean before the lack of talent event however...*sniff*
