Hi all,

I was looking for factory diagrams with regards to the updated rats nests. Only now i have some updates and hopefully this helps with those buying newer front clips from japan. Will update more tomorrow.

Good stuff! That's just off a parts diagram, but it's better than nothing. I'd love to get my hands on a '96 or '99 shop manual .

This may sound like a stupid question, but does the manual have to be in English? The only reason I ask is because I have access to Yahoo auctions Japan (fiance is Japanese) and I can have my future brother-in-law pick one up if he finds one. He could then bring it over next month when he attends my wedding.

I wish I would have met you while I was stationed in Pensacola from '97 - '00. I believe you had your second gen then...

Yeah, I got my first FC about '96. Too bad I didn't meet up with you - we had a REALLY strong RX-7 group here back then, about 25 guys or so. At least Nawlins isn't far away .

Very intresting diagram.Also note,that if a check valve,or a solenoid from the "black box" fails,you DON'T have to buy a complete black box.You can disassemble that thing,(i did that for fun)and replace what you want.

After initially trying to change over to silicon i have not plugged in a couple of hoses. The car runs fine though but i've been losing sleep coz it's like a thorn in the side knowing you just didn't do it right. Hope this saves you fella's the horrible feeling!

I tried looking for it in UK forums / Australia forums but nobody could help.
