new rx7 roller?

I just bought a 93 rx7 with no motor and a wiring problem, I am thing of turning it into a track car. any thought on how to find a group in atl that woorks on these cars?

Im looking for a shop that does full welded in cages and can also put a motor in and sort a wiring mess.

i think you should just do it yourself and build it from the ground up. It will save you a ton of money.

I plan to do most of the work but I can't weld a cage in and the motor is not a big concern but the rx7 I have is a mess so I want to find someone that can tell me what I will need to get it going.

i think Chassis engineering or Strange Engineering have roll cage "kits". they send you the proper cage for the class you want to run and its up to you to have someone weld it in.

Talk to Charlie at Mazcare in Marietta. He and his shop know RX7's as well as anyone in the area and he races (but not an RX7. I'm not saying to have the work done their because I don't think he does that work, but he is probably connected to all the Atlanta folks who do and is a heck of a nice guy when it comes to helping someone out.
