There is a post about that on here, shows a pic on a car...from what everybody says, they dont look too good..

Why dont you try it out and see...

 

They look like a knock off of the East Bear headlights, so they aren't exactly a new style.

The top cover is cleaner looking than the East Bear kit, in my opinion, but you're right that it is essentially the same style.





However, they do appear to stick up considerably higher than the East Bear lights, since the bottom half of the pod is based on the C-West kit (see pictures below). Which is fitting, since they make a knock-off of that kit too.
