NEED to upgrade ECU for Exhaust

I am planning on upgrading my cars exhaust, from stock to full out, downpipe, midpipe and catback. I dont care about emissions because IM in florida. I would like to know if I NEED to upgrade my ecu for my car to perform properly. If I do, whyat upgrades are needed. This is the first mod being done to my virgin FD and I wanna do it right. I was thinking of going with the Apexi DUNK catback and maybe the rest making it racingbeat. Do I need to upgrade with that? Thanks.

Think about this.
Its JDM TRUST Race Full Exhaust. Its better than the Ti. Price almost the same but its a straight pipping design from MP to End. All 80mm piping and TRUST have 80mm DP in this TR series.

$625+shipping.

I have a full exhaust and an intake one mine with no ecu but from what every one is telling me its a big shock to them that my engine hasnt blown yet.

I did no research before doing this and so when they told me this its gotten me scared. So the next thing on my list is a PFC.

If I were you I would go ahead and get the ECU. Dont take any chances.

If you install midpipe, you better get Ecu, or you'll blow that new engine of yours
