I wouldn't buy either.
The ebay item from UK is too risky... waste of money if the turbo has problems you can't see.
The other ebay item looks new, it's expensive, seller decent rating ... still for the price, why not just buy from a reputable shop so you can have service and troubleshoot or exchange or get more parts if necessary...

upgrading for the track, the only problem is that in england a full turbo kit are 3 times the price in a shop even tho its coming from the US any way just trying to cut out the middle man

The 2nd turbo kit has an on-center turbine housing. That will terribly hurt power, boost threshold and response. Avoid that style turbine housing at all cost. While on most turbo kits you can just swap the turbine housing, that downpipe would not work with a tangentile turbine housing because the wastegate reroute would not lineup with the wastegate discharge.

Do you have a target power range you would like to be in? There are a couple thoughts around turbos for the track. Corky Bell had mentioned in his book that its typically more ideal to run a larger turbo at a lower boost. This allows you decent power but without overworking the turbo which produces extra heat.

im looking for about 400hp, yer i thats whats putting me off the "HKS Style" parts the (first kit) is genuine HKS part but as you said i could have unseen problems i could go down there a check the (first) kit out.
the (second) kit looks like it would do the job, seller has good feedback etc but unsure
going to spend a total of £1,400 which is $2,778 need a total kit tho, will be upgrading the injectors etc at a later stage

I would recommend looking through this thread:
https://www.rx7club.com/single-turbo-rx-7s-23/post-your-single-turbo-setup-33502/
See what people are using and what power they are putting out. If you intend to use the setup on a road course (not drag racing), then you'll want something which you can run without heating up the car. For example, you'll want a setup capably of 400rwhp but you run it at around 350rwhp on the track.
