Need some help (oil filler neck nipples)

i need help figuring out what is this hard pipe connected too & oil filler neck. my car recently started leaking fuel so i replaced fpd, fuel lines, and had the injectors cleaned and balance, i testing for leaks by turning on the fp there is this hissing sound coming from the fuel rails is that normal?

The hard pipe connects the the vertical nipple on the oil filler neck. The horizontal nipple on the oil filler neck connects to the UIM and has a valve in the line.

Run a hose from the hard line that runs across the engine block to the bottom nipple. The top nipple gets a hose to the upper intake manifold with a pcv valve inline.

thanks, i thought so but i wasn't too sure. and about that hissing sound coming from the rails is that normal?

When you run the fuel pressure test, you will hear a hissing from the fuel pressurizing the lines. If you expose the rails like this when testing:

You'll be sure to notice anything leaking.
