Need some advice (tranny)

last night i was driving home from work and i noticed when i went to shift into 5th i grinded it.. but i was like wtf no, so i tryed it again and same thing, every time i shift to 5th it grinds so am staying out'a 5th untill its fixed. sorry if there not to much info here. but do any of you maybe have an idea what am facing here.?

this is the typical 5th gear synchro problem that most if not all FDs have or will eventually face

I once saw a pretty good write up with pictures that was helpful. I think this is it, but I can't seem to get the document to open. Maybe you'll have better luck.

i spoke to rob on the phone, gave him the spill, thanks guys for all the input, i have the same wonderful bad syncro problem myself, i will fix it someday when i have nothing else to do to the 7
