Hmm I'm guessing the previous owner attached the BOV to his IC piping?

You can use your Y-pipe with the bov hose acceptor.

The person who did that is a ******* stupid idiot!

Unless you plan to mount a BOV off the IC piping, you are now forced to use the pipe on the rear half of the "Y" pipe. Which was used for the charge relief valve which is almost like a bov.

Now to the small twin nipples welded off on the engine side of the "Y" pipe outlet. Those has two purposes.
The large one went down to the bottom of the LIM to supply air to the primary injector air bleed sockets which improves the idle. The other was the pressure side supply for the stock or aftermarket boost controller.

Get an Efini "Y" pipe to replace the trashed one you have and gain another .5 to 1psi boost.

I'm pretty sure he still has his stock Y-pipe, he should use that (the front portion). The CRV can be welded shut thats no problem.

Then why go thru the trouble of what your doing now???

Anyhow, you can vent boost from the CRV nipple (That's one big nipple) just hook the ABV tube up that and run the vac line to the UIM, and use your old y-pipe and just plug the nipple that is pointing up.
