need a little help, going non-seq

hi, i am right in the middle of the real non-seq conversions and have run into a couple of questions. i am using the instructions at the scudarini racing site. first, it says disconect the vacume line for the fuel regulator and connect it to a nipple in the lower intake manifold, well which line is it, there are i believe two lines going to the solinoid. so far i have removed all the vacume lines exept on the 3 closest to the fire wall because i am keeping the smog pump on for emmisons reasons. second question, how do i remove the black tank on the front of the engine, it looks as if i have to remove the power steering pump, but i was thinking there has to be an easier way, like break it out. lastly, can someone explain in more detail just how to re hook up the mop lines and what and where they are, thanks for all your time and help, scott
