Angry Need help, problem after high speed run

So I have my car put all back together after I replaced the LIM gasket. I play around the local area roads making sure there is no leaks. I take it back home and see everything is working as it should. I then do the 3rd gear test to make sure all is fine. Sure enough it boosts and pulls hard so I pull off the road to turn around and it idles way down to about 500 rpms feels like its about ready to die but its doesn't. I go to give it some gas and it feels like its the motor is bogging it acts that way upto about 4k then the the throttle responce is normal. The odd thing is the it sounds like I have an air leak under the throttle bodty area. Its rythmetic at idle. Now the it idle rpms are rock solid at about 1200.
Thanks for any ideas

Maybe you blew the map hose off, go check before you go crazy. Sometimes is the obvious thats the cause for problems.

How many miles on the engine? Does it shake at low RPM and smooths out as RPM increases?? Are you having hard time starting the car??

15k on motor it does shake a bit at idle, rpms hold steady, not problem starting hot or cold. It sounds like a two stroke thats needs to be blown out after the plugs get all fouled up. Im not sure if you know what that sounds like, but that is the best I can explain the sound and the way its acting. Im thinking something that is pressurized fell off or popped off? Just from the fact it was acting fine before I bring the turbo's to full psi and then I get this?

Ill reset the ecu and see if there is anything gained from that.

thanks

Could also be a post-throttle-body vacuum leak, like a vacuum line or connection blew off. Double-check all your connections, maybe even pull the intake manifold and check. The high idle is a sign of a vacuum leak after the throttle body.

Sounds like compression check time...if for no other reason than to eliminate that problem.

Ok the compression was with in spec. (spec from the manual) Now what I did find out is the following.
starts right up warm and cold
idle and vaccum just where it was before all this happened.
Still no power and still sounds hollow and not the lower pictch as before. (exaust note)
I get under the car to listen better and I hear a tink tink, (not the sounds of the exaust heating or cooling) Kinda like a flapper rattling. So any other thought guys. Thanks to the help so far.

Did you check fuel pressure? Maybe one of the injectors got stuck closed.
