Need help with my FD

Ok since the rebuild the car has been running like crap the reason being the JDM twins that i bought were crap and the compressor wheel got lodged sideways. Car doesnt even have a mile on it and i just installed a 262s borg warne, but i need to know what to do with the computer because the car is sputtering i already loaded a map for a single turbo set up but the car sputters on load not even past 2k i checked grounds and wiring and cant find why. The car has a power fc, the single turbo, stock injectors, full exhaust ,AEM wide ban, emissions delete and a v mount

Don't be scared to run it underload. If not Add fuel and see if it gets better if it gets worse take out fuel. You might want to post on the AEM section

I checked it today when i took it down the road it went full rich when i accelerated half way smoked out the back and then on my way back it went full lean almost stalling out when i was taking off the light, I had to press the clutch and start reving it a little til it got back to normal. The car sounds like a subaru when you are taking off.

So add fuel in the bottom end and take out fuel on the mid range. It sounds like it just needs a tune.

I don't mean to be rude, but it sounds like you should take the car to a shop that knows what they are doing.

You're lucky you haven't killed your motor by driving around with it going "full lean" at random.

Maybe you do know what you're doing, but if you could just be a bit more clear in your posts so I can understand you better...

I'd say running a single turbo on stock injectors is not a great idea.

Be careful with the timing. Dont advance it too much if its not tuned. It will detonate and blow a seal. Leave the timing maps alone (or retard them a bit) until you get a decent tune. Or the right proportions of fuel in the map to not run lean.

My 0.02c.

What do you mean full rich and full lean? I'm guessing from that, you do not have a wideband afr gauge? Do you just have a narrow band sensor? If you do, those things are garbage and do absolutely nothing to tell you what your afr's are.

If that's the case, you need to either start doing a lot of reading with the search button to make sure you know what you're doing, or take the car to a shop

It says up there that it has a wideband and , its ok i already found the problem to be the engine harness so i replaced it it had a couple of broken wires and as far as injectors it had 4 850's but i replaced the primaries because i thought that they were too big because it has rich. the reason the wide band was going crazy was because of one of the injector wires was touching with the wire next to it

You're going to need more fuel if you plan on making power. Alot of people run 850primary 1300/1600 secondary

Wait, you had (x4) 850 injectors but you went back to stock (x2) 550 primaries and (x2) 850 secondaries?

As BlackTruenoAE86 says, if you're running a single turbo and pushing more than the stock boost, you definitely need to upgrade the injectors - at least the secondaries anyway.

Just wondering, what boost level are you trying to run on this car? How many PSI?

Yes I know i'm going to need bigger injectors the only reason that i put the 550s back on was because the 850 injectors were bad. Im only going to run 8 to 10 psi not looking for alot of power im going to DD this car
