I'll put an aftermarket Fuel pressure regulator on my 93 fd, but when I take out the Stock one, I repair that this one have 2 vaccum line, I never see any car with 2 vacuum line.. Which line did I use for the aftermarket FPR?? Where goes the other line??

It is a j-spec FPR. If you have installed an aftermarket FPR just connect is to a vacuum/boost source on the manifold. The stock FPR was routed through a solenoid, you no longer need to do this, so just cap off both the sources for the original FPR.
Just for me, where goes the other line??
Thanks
In the case I said With to vaccum line directly connect to the manifold, the fuel pressure solenoide will be unuse, but like It the ecu don't be acuse ERROR, because the solenoide don't send information to the ecu??
You removed the two lines, you would have to tell us where you disconnected them from.
As long as you leave the electrical connector on the solenoid then the ECU will not see a problem.

Just one more doubt, the vacuum line who connect the solenoide to the stock Fpr, have a T and separade te vaccum line to the Fuel pressur solenoide, and an other solenoide, don't have problem to leave that vaccum line open or I have to tap on all the vaccum line that I don't go using..
Sorry and thanks...
