Need help finding a part!

Ok I have tried searching for this but it really doesnt help searching when i cant remember what its exactly called. Im looking for a metal plate that goes on the rear bumper right where the exhaust is. Anybody know where I can find one or what exactly its called? or could i make one myself?

I like the CF but would like a Titanium(multi colored metal look) a lot better if I could find one. So anyone know where i can get one?

p.s I am really bad with word today for some reason!
