Need Help Fast

Alright heres the problem, i use my car as a daily driver, for the time being, but i left it at the house when i went to the beach with some friends. It sat in the garage for 10 days. When i got back and drove it it ran fine for about 5 miles, then all of a sudden as im pulling up to a light it dies. I could restart it and it would run if i kept my foot on the gas pedal, but as soon as i let off it died again. There was no smoking after this began to happen, no weird noises, didnt show anything abnormal on the gauges, the only thing i noticed is that it was alittle down on power, nothing significant, and i may be crazy but the turbos sounded alittle louder than usual but that may just be me. Its a 93, completely stock. It is time for new plugs, could this be the problem? Any help would be appreciated.

About 15,000 on the motor, and had new lines put in about a year ago. I just went out and started it up, this is about 6 hours after this problem occured, and it ran fine sitting still. So i took it out and it still ran fine. Everything is back to normal now, i still wonder what it was though .....

Check the obvious first. Start with the map sensor, make sure the line is connected on both ends. Then check the plugs. It is easy to "read" the plugs. If neither of these are the problem, then check for a vacuum leak. After that it is hard to say what it could be.

Probably the map sensor hose popped off as stated above.
