Need help from the experts
My goal is to safely (or as safely as possible) increase my horsepower without drastically reducing the reliability. For that reason, I was looking at the fuel system from the RX7 store that includes the following:
Competition Primary Fuel Rail
Competition Secondary Fuel Rail
1600cc injectors x2 (Secondary)
850cc or 1000cc Injectors x2 (Primary)
Fuel Pressure Regulator
Regulator Fittings
Fuel Injector Clips x4
Injector Resistors x4
FPR Gauge
Fuel Line
90 Degree fittings x3
Along with the fuel system I have planned on getting the HKS twin power ignition system. Currently I am still running the stock injectors and rails. My other consideration is the apexi AVCR boost controller. Right now I am trying to decide on which 2 to do. (see sig. for other mods)
Obviously, I will have to see if I can get Steve Kan out to Denver to tune it again when I'm done as well. Last time he tuned it in Phoenix, I ended up w/300hp.
Advice will be greatly appreciated.

You have absolutely no need of doing that fuel system, given your current mods. That fuel system is for people running high boost on a good-sized single turbo setup.
If you want to run over 13 psi of boost with low duty cycles, either upgrade the secondaries to 1300cc injectors (which doesn't require any other mods like FPR or aftermarket rail) or to the 1600cc injectors (which do require an aftermarket rail, FPR, and removal of emissions).
Even if you decide to upgrade to a large single turbo later, you could always add 850cc primaries to the stock rail then.
Also, if you are upgrading the fuel system, you will need a higher flowing pump as well.
EDIT - I see you are still running the stock cat and live in AZ, which means passing emissions. The 1600cc route requires removal of emission, I would just go with 1300cc injector upgrade.

Actually, I need to edit my profile. I completely forgot about it. I live in Colorado now around the Denver area and I don't have any emissions here. Also, I am not running a cat at all and the rest of the emissions is coming out as soon as my new pulley set and blockoff plates arrive.

Looking at your sig, I recommend getting rid of those es100s. If you want to go faster, especially from a dig, you'll need something that sticks better. I run BFG KD's and love them, they handle 19 psi and 420+ rwhp without problems.

As far as the fuel system, get a supra tt/nippondenso fuel pump and look into a pair of 850cc injs (stock sec's) in a primary milled rail. If you want safe horsepower you shouldnt run more than 15 psi on the stock twins, and the four 850s and the supra pump will support the rwhp that you will be making. Also, don't forget to change your fuel filter.....I recommend extending the lines (with high pressure fuel hose) and clamping the filter the rear subframe, makes the next fuel filter change a 10 min job instead of a 3 hour nightmare .
Also, do you have a lightweight flywheel? install sucks, but if you are looking for faster acceleration you can't beat one of those.

So, how about the twin power ignition sytem? Boost controller?
Also, I have been searching for a good fuel filter, can't seem to find one that is of the same quality as what the previous owner installed. I haven't seen any posts concerning fuel filters and where to buy.

twin power, i have heard good things in the past. plug and play, so that is a plus.
Boost controller, the pfc controls boost, although i have a greddy profec b and love it's ease of use. if it is in your budget, look into the greddy e-01, otherwise get a greddy profec type s.
fuel filter, oem works fine for our applications, ray crowe at malloy mazda has the best prices on oem parts, 888 533 3400.
