right, the uim to see how much psi you are running, if you look at the orginal diamgram that is the very first post, it mentions nothing of the uim nipple. I have the uim nipple connected to my boost control unit but it doesnt correspond with the stepper motor ( the in and out black box)

NOOOOO!

Barban you don't want it from the UIM. All you are doing is splicing the stepper motor in the wastegate line Think about it. If you go from the UIM then to the actuator, you will have a line floating in the air!

Read the link about the turbo troubleshooting to understand how the wastegate works and you will understand where to put the stepper motor.

My b. Not from the UIM.

From one of the two nipples right there next to the actuators,
Into the IN on the stepper motor,
Out from the stepper motors into the actuator nipples facing the rear.
Plug up the nipples on the front side of the actuators.

That better? Im kindof sorting this out too.

The IN part comes from the two nipples on the primary turbo housing, right before the y-pipe, you can't see in the pic because the turbo inlet elbow is blocking them. The OUT goes to WGC and the TPC solenoids.

The out and the caps are correct.

The IN is wrong. Leave the lines on the elbow alone where you have the IN at, they go to the oil injector nozzles, and the oil filler neck.

See where you have the out connected?? See where those bluish lines seem to just run behind there somewhere?? Connect the IN to where they go. If you are looking at the car on the left side of the primary turbo, there are two nipples on the actuall turbo/housing, that is where the IN connects to.

ok, sweet i got you now, when you cap off those two lines, what happens to the existing vacuum lines? Do i leave them free air or trace them back and cap off where they origanated from.

I think you can just leave them, because they go back to the stock solenoids that control them, just unhook the wires from the solenoids. They are the two on the left side under the UIM right where it connect to the LIM, I think they are black/green, or maybe brown.

I really need to look at the whole diagram, then I could tell you what to do. I'll try to look when I get home, I'm about to get off work.

Sorry it took so long I had to cut the grass before dark.

As far as capping the line goes. If you look at the simplified diagram, disconnect solenoid I & J from the wiring harness, and remove them if you want. Cap the two short lines from them that go to that little header thing that connects to the lines that go to the oil metering nozzles and the intake elbow, cap the header. There should already be a cap on one of the connections from the factory, unless you have an auto then it goes to something else(I have no idea what).

Or if you want to just run a line from the oil metering nozzles and connect it to the intake elbow that is what I did, so I didn't have to deal with that metal thing with like 5 lines going to it.

Remove as much as you can of the two lines going from the solenoids(I & J) to the acuators since you are caping the actuators anyway. Most of the line is in that metal thing with 4-5 more lines unless you want to run new lines for the turbo control actuator, so don't remove that, and no need to cap the ends of it.
