Unhappy Need Help on a couple of thing!

I had some rough idle problems, so i replaced the plugs, and that didnt help, so i hooked a timing light up. and i get signal to all the plugs. Is there a ground that could be bad. my map sensor is hooked up fine. Is there anything else I should check that maybe be wrong. But also it seems like it is missing as i drive. At idle it dies if it sits to long. Could it be a coil problem, what are the specs on ohms that they should put out. Or if anyone has any other ideas, that would be great. I can smell fuel out of the exhaust. My air / fuel gauge runs more rich than normal. My mods are DP, CB, intake, manual boost controller. Stock ECU.

boost gauge on the car? If so, what does it idle at on the vacuum side? 12, 14, 16, etc?
What boost have you been running?
