Two things -
1: Once the engine is out of the car there is NO reason not to have it streetported Even if you go the mazda reman route have it go through KD rotary (or Mazdatrix or Pinapple Racing ) for streetporting
also a USEABLE set of stock twins will cost at least $300 (well used but some life left W/minor cracks) a good set w/o any cracks around the wastegate or in the intermanifold will be at least $600.
