I just wanna say cool setups guys. Glad to see people are doing it. I've had mine for about 6 months now and it amazing.

My intake air temp never goes past 40c. I now have two radiators cooling the water up front, one atv radiator and a really big full copper hater core. Its enough cooling for anything I've done so far (have not done any track time yet though).

I got a lot of experience with this seeing how I did mine custom from scratch and I only see one bad thing in setups above. You MUST have your water outlet (line that carries water out of the a2w intercooler be at the very top of the intercooler. (bottom is the worst) If its on the side like the guy "wjp005" above you get air trapped in the intercooler that can never come out so almost half your intercoolers inside is filled with air and all that trapped air is going is getting really hot and in turn heating up your intake air more. If you put the water outlet at the top (air is light it will rise and leave) you will remove all air from the a2w IC and the water will be cooling the whole a2w IC for the best results.

Easy fix, even though mine inlet and outlets are at the very top of my IC I still drilled a hole in my a2w intercooler, tapped it and put a bolt with a rubber gasket there so I can bleed any air that may get trapped in my a2w IC.

I saw your how to in your link. Nice job! I really like cheap DIY projects that work. Curious though about that 4 wheeler radiator your using. In your pics, is that radiator shielded from the main radiator or are your fans blowing hot air directly into it? If so your loosing a ton of efficiency there.

I actually moved my ATV radiator up in front of the car radiator, and I mounted it on the same v-mount angle as the car radiator. I also added a heater core as a second radiator (install that where the r1 had the second oil cooler) so my cooling is a lot better. Here are some pics, and I also updated my how-to

I have 3 exchangers, 2 heater cores on the sides right were yours are at and them mmy bigg *** 27/7/3 heatexchanger like a v mount radiator up front. its in a fc vert. My box in the trunk is big. holds one 50lb back of ice, 8ish gallons of water.

Thats cool. Only thing I didn't do is the ice box. I feel that you can't put it in the engine bay because its too hot and putting it in the trunk means you have to run so many feet of at least 3/4" piping that all that added weight of all the extra water in the plumbing + weight of the ice would almost cancel all the benefits.

I was thinking about adding like 10-20 thermoelectric coolers to cool my a2w water way down (switch operated and only for use before a race) I just haven't gotten around to doing it

Its not that heavy & By far cancels itself out. I like my engine bay clean nothing in them, everything tucked. ZERO visable wires, maybe 6 tops visiable hoses including oil cooler and radiator. I should be the first to see if the mechanical aux. injection will actually pump up 5gallons of water all the way in the trunk and have enough pressure at the nozzle to atomize the water correctly. Y all this...dont want a jug in my engine bay nor could i drive from 3 hr. away and still have somethin in the baby 1gal tank
