My FD and its transformation

I've had my FD for just over a year now. I love this car, and it has become the obsession I knew it would become. The first 5 or 6 pics are when I just bought the car, and it was pretty stock.

I do like the stock wheels in black, but they fade too quickly and they look like crap if you don't keep cleaning them daily. Besides, I needed a bigger rim/tire combo in order to keep traction.

Rey, wheres your brother? You are from Orlando Forums right?

Nice car, really like it -- is that a RacingBeat exhaust in the rear?

We need to get a Rex meet in town soon.

Your bumper is a different red than the rest of the car?

Its not uncommon to get different "shades" of the same paint code. If the vehicle has had any work and was not completely repainted that would explain that.

Nice car, I like the picture of it at the boat ramp. It looks like your FD is contemplating suicide.

Yes the bumper is a different red. I'm debating on repainting the entire car so it all matches. The car is dropped. I put a set of tein springs and Tokico 5 ways on the car. I didn't go with an agressive drop because I worry about rubbing up front. My tires rub against the fender sometimes when I go over bumps. I have 18x9 up front and 18x10 in rear.

Oh, and yes it is a racing beat exhaust. It sounds great, but it's loud! Not as loud as my open wastegate, but pretty loud.

you say it's hot to loud, do you have a down pipe or midpipe or both?

I have nothing to resonate the sound. I have a full 3" turbo back exhaust, dp, mp, and the racing beat exhaust. I can't hear my music ver well when I'm cruising down the express way at 75mph.

That was Josh's old car wasn't it? (Insane Lotus Pod) I liked the black wheels too.

Is that wrap on the IC piping?
