You could start by disassembling the exhaust and checking it out, I doubt this is your problem though.

your rambling first post does not inspire confidence in your ability to troubleshoot or even think clearly/not panic when it comes to the symptoms you are having. Now that you are in Iraq you should be making some [tax-free] money. Get someone back home to tow the car over the PFS in Maryland and have them figure it out. Then it will be running when you get back. For all you know, the motor let go.

regardless of a boost leak, the car should drive and accelerate exceptionally. if you were to disconnect your SMIC your car wouldnt just die.

Ok lets just forget about the fact that you just created one massive run-on sentence and that your post is practically unreadable. I would say use the search function, but I don't think you'd even know what to search for.

All hope is not lost! I found one usable bit of information in your post and quoted it above Do they have power stations near you? You should just be able to refill your power if it drained out, though you may want to find the power leak first to prevent it happening again. Best of luck.

Maybe the power rangers can help?

Come on, give him a bit of slack. However, these guys are correct. Your description of the cars symptoms really lack a lot of detail. What I gathered was "catloc fell off" and "power drained".

Did you locate the original source of the catloc? maybe the lack of catloc caused your power to leak out onto the ground?

I'm really worried about my catloc right now. I'm going outside to check it, if the catloc seal is bad or something - the power might drip/leak like on your car.

If you have towing insurance, tell them that no one including the dealer is qualified to work on the car, and see if they will split the cost to tow to PFS . . .

G/L.

First off congrats on making two regular sentences and one HUGE sentence. WOW, you have a GED? I am simply speechless that someone who does not have the ability to create sentences is able to obtain a GED. Your life story really was not necessary, though I do applaud you on turning your life around and taking steps in the right direction.

I would suggest learning more about rotary engines and cars in general before buying ANOTHER Rx-7. You really need to help yourself some before I will attempt to give you any real advice on how to fix your car. Yeah maybe my post comes off as a bit harsh, but I promise you there are others thinking the same thing just not posting.

WHAT IS A CATLOC? Dude give us more information then it died, what have you checked? Try posting in THIS SECTION maybe someone can suggest somewhere besides PFS, use your head.

Thanks to google I was able to find out who big bang is. I don't think I have money to spend like big bang either... I mean they've got 2 volumes!

My car does not have this modification. Did you install this yourself? What are the HP gains?

the man is risking his life, sleeping everyday in 110 degree weather just so I can sit here and drink and complain about my 50 hour a week job. I have much respect. so his blunder of asking before searching is forgiveable. honest opinion? while your deployed just pay a shop to do it all right the first time. you will be busy for the next 5 or 6 years so you should spend your time enjoying the car instead of working on it over and over. Its smart of you to ask. most people try and hide the fact they dont know what they were doing. anyways. goodluck. message me if you want anymore help. im not a guru, but i can point you in the right direction.
