Question my car gets the right boost now

I have full exhaust as you can see in the sig. I installed a boost gauge. The electronic greddy gauge and i was getting about .6 kg/cm^2. It is wired to the fpr like the greddy manual says.
Today I took the baffle( the baffle is about 1.25''-1.75'') so its fully open and i'm getting the right reading as i converted it. .84 kg/cm^2, with a tiny spike to .9-.95(will be doing the intercooler and radiator real soon, not worried about the spike). I have the warning point set on my gauge at the .89 area.
Do you guys think that baffle was really holding me back that much? Thats crazy if it was.
This scares me because i thought the gauge may have been innaccurate before. It seem to go to .6-.7 drop back to .4-.5 then it gradually goes up as the rpms go and at about 6500-7500rpm im getting about.84. Is this boost creep? Should I be worried?
Is it ok if I drive the car like it is until i get my IC and radiator as i don't go above the warning point?
Thanks,
Kevin
