i don't know why you would need all that...I have a ton of mods. and am running the hks twin power for rotaries. i got the harness for an extra 35 bucks and plugged it in myself in about 10 minutes. Drilled and tapped a hole in the driver's side corner engine bay firewall and mounted it in another 10 minutes! I am not seeing high rpm break-up anymore.. How about having your ignitor amp tested..Make sure it's healthy for begginers..There is a ton of stuff on here for ignition related material on here. Try searching in this forum only...

What will 2 6al boxes do? Doesnt the 6al have only 1 output? The leading coil runs both leading plugs and each trailing needs its own. So either you would want 1 or 3, unless you were going trailing only. Or does the 6al have more than 1 in/out?

Two MSD 6AL's on a rotary is useless. It's either one or three as has been pointed out. And you only need a 6A, not the 6AL. Based on my experience, you really only need one on the leading coil (only). That is the setup I now use.

The multispark makes a substantial improvement in low-end performance and overall drivability, especially if you dial in a lot of advance at low to mid RPM at light load. It's even better if you compliment it with unshrouded leading spark plugs (Yaw used to have a page about this, if someone still has a link to it.)

The foregoing mods will really wake up the bottom end response of a rotary and make it much more enjoyable to drive.
