MOOG-512118 question (rear wheels)

Hey ppl, i just purchased this product but i realized that it may have a bearing pressed into it already. I read in the manual that you should press the bearing into the spindle or whatever its called and then press the hub into the inner race of the bearing. If it do come with the bearing already pressed in, is it possible to press the hub/bearing into the spindle without damaging the outer portion of the bearing. I'm assuming when you press in on the hub all the pressure is acting on the inner portion of the bearing but the outer is what's getting pressed into spindle, could cause the bearing to fail sooner.

Hope someone here understands what i tried to describe lol.
