Momo E-brake Handle

I emailed MOMO about which adapter kit would be needed for their Pit Stop Aluminum E-brake Handle, and they said they don't have any information for which one to use with the RX7. Does anybody here know?

My last handle, not Momo, I had to take to a machine shop and have them bore it out to fit. Would catch on the rear of the handle and not slide all the way on. Just an option anyways.
