The main answer i want out of this post is if what i'm doing is safe.
I have a 93' RX-7 with a street ported motor with 3mm apex seals. With these mods will I be safe to run it like i want to. All i'm wanting to do is keep the stock twin turbo's, run them with a profec b at only 10-12psi. Running a intake, full 3" exhaust, and intercooler. I don't really want to get an expensive power fc or anything that would require tuning. At those boost levels will it be safe to run it like that? I'm not looking for massive dyno numbers, just something decently quick for street driving. I know the I need a boost controller bad now because I over boost if i'm not careful with the 3" exhaust i have now. Like is said though, if i were to control the boost levels around stock 10-8-10 or 12psi at most, would i be safe? If not, what is a good aftermarket plug in play ecu i could get made to run these bolt on mods? Any other misc. things i would need to buy to help it out anymore?

You won't be able to keep the boost at 10-12, that is the problem. Without porting the wastegate, you will get boost creep with a full 3 in exhaust. So the only 2 options are:
1. An ECU to match the fuel with the flow.
2. Port the wastegate so that it can handle the flow and allow your boost controller to keep the boost at 10-12.

I was on the same boat as you. But every road led me to either putting a stock cat, or high flow cat, to control boost. Or get an expensive fuel ecu, I hear a lot of m2 users running free flowerz. So your better off bitin the bullet, spend a couple hundred $ of an investment in a quality catalytic converter, boost controller, boost gauge to control the boost. Or spend a few more $ and invest in a good computer and boost controller. Instead of spending a few thousand repairing your car.
I just got a good hiflow cat from catco. I"ll see how this works out. In the mean time i'm on the look for a pfs ecu. Have any of you used a Gforce ecu? i saw one for sale the other day on the partstrader.
