Mazda O-ring set

I got the Mazda O-ring set I ordered from Mazdatrix.

http://www.mazdatrix.com/b2.htm

The part number: N3A1-10-S60A; is the same one as the one I received, so it seems like I received the right part. But I only got 4 coolant seals in the bag. I got the 4 inner (orange) seals. Isn't this kit supposed to come with the outer coolant seal O-rings as well?

And wth are the 12 black and blue square seals?

Those look like the outer seals to me. Unfold them, and you will be good to go.
