magnaflow main cat

I just ordered my magnaflow cat with airtube 119.00 shipped. The muffler shop that put in my downpipe will weld the pipes and flanges needed and install for 60.00.He said it will bolt up just like the stock oem one.If it works i will have saved quite a bit over a bonez or similar cat.
