you might have to get some metal intake pipes and cut them then side the intakes up a bit. i had metal intake pipes with two K&N filters and i cut and slid mine up a bit but IIRC they fit ok.

Ok so i got the greddy intake kit and have my apexi intakes for sale. I have a question on what happends to the stock radiator when installing the front mount intercooler? do we have to get a after market one or simply relocate it?

you can relocate your stock one, but since you're touching the radiator, might as well put in an aluminum radiator, so you don't have to mess with it twice later down the road if you do decide to upgrade

try looking in the 3rd gen for sale section for a good deal on a used alum. rad.

Maybe these can help. I used one bracket that had come with the intercooler to fit to the top of my radiator. It will fit into the stock radiator in the same spot also. If you remove your radiator you will see two holes that the bottom of the radiator slides into. There is metal "tabs" i guess you could call them connected to these holes. I drilled the tabs out with a 1/2 in drill bit if i recall correctly and relocated the bottom of the radiator to slide into these holes allowing me to keep the radiator secure. This basically moved it out of the way to make room for piping. I have custom intake piping so im not sure what other intakes will work for you. I hope these pics will help. I also had to remove a small amont of bumper material to get the perfect clearance without placeing any sort of stress on the bumper.

Ill try to get some recent pics of the fully finished product since these were from test fitting. Ill prob have the car out of the garage tomorrow since its been stored all week.

You will also need to trim your upper radiator hose shorter as well.

do you need blockoff plates when you remove the air pump, like what needs to be blocked off to make sure no leaks are made. since i can see the hot pipe goes to the twins but the air pump, since its going right through where its supposed to be, can you give me a clearance on that?

Your idle wont be any good. I have had to adjust mine numerious times to get it right unless u have a pfc. I made my own plates by cutting the flanges off with a dremel and putting some 1/8in steel behind them.
