If it is, the specs will likely vary with the manufacturer.

yeah light weight flywheel, shouldnt they all be about the same?

Well, I'm not an engineer, but each is constructed differently, out of different materials so I'm guessing...no.
If you don't have the specs, why don't you post which flywheel your talking about. It's likely someone here can help.

my vote is that if the flywheel needed different torque specs to stock i would say so.
