In my quest to find PB Blaster which for some reason do not seem to exist in my neck of the woods I may have stumbled onto something similar. Now as I have not had the opportunity to try PB I can not compare.
KB88 new product from LPS, I had it recommended to me by one of my suppliers, I have to say I am quite impressed. I have been trying to get a set of turbos apart for a bit now, i have been having one hell of a time with the bolts that hold the turbo in the housing. I have tried Screwloose and nothing it was just stuck as it was before I used it, I also tried some "other" products and nothing. So i figured wth and tried this stuff, within 5 mins I had the first bolt out.

I could not believe it, same with trying to get the turbo out of the housing rusted in and not a part I really want to be hitting with a hammer, soaked it down and in no time it came free with some light taps from a wooden mallet.

Something I figured I would post for anyone that is having a hard time finding PB Blaster.

Now the KB value they give is for it's solvency and as I am not a chemist or anything LOL I can not say how it would pertain to a penetrating oil.

Anyways as my 7 is hibernating I think I may go and join it lol

It is better than PB blaster. On my 85 RX-7 I had some really rusted exhaust bolt and they will not even come loose to save my life, not even a 3ft breaker bar. I sprayed some of that stuff and it came off right away with a wrench. The only issue I have with it is that it needs to be washed off or what ever you are trying to bolt back on will come loose on its own.

It also works great to remove my silencer car off my exhaust.

I read recently a test of all the different penetrants compared to a 50/50 mix of transmission fluid and acetone. The 50/50 mix worked best. I'm not saying it's tru but if you try it you will be surprised. I have pb blaster and kroil and haven't noticed much difference. I do try soak everything the day before I have to work on the car to give it time to get into the threads.

I've heard kroil is best as well but can't find. I read cabbalas sells it but no luck finding it there.

PB Blaster is electronics friendly. In fact one use I've found is to get stubborn connectors to seperate after years of heat and dirt. Not sure I'd want to spray tran. fluid and acetone on them. And the hassle of mixing it up and keeping it in a spray bottle.
I've had good luck with PB, but always open for something better. I'll have to pick-up a can of this Kroil.

Kroil is amazing stuff. I'm trying to convince my boss to bring it in at the store I work at.

Wow good knowledge. I've always just been using PB Blaster and if that doesn't work propane torch.
