Low oil pressure at WOT

I have an autometer oil pressure gauge and sending unit. When cruising my oil pressure is around 50-75 psi. However during WOT the pressure doesn't really go up, if anything it starts to go up then goes back down to around 60. I am also running 10w-30 mobil 1 synthetic oil. Is all this normal? i searched but found nothing.

Oil pressure is rpm-related, not throttle-related. If it drops more than the oil pressure reading at steady 3000-3250 rpm cruise, I'd say the gauge is screwed up, or you may have a leak somewhere.

even when the rpms go up its always pretty constant at 60-65 psi on the highway and i hear it should go up and go up to about 100. yes i do have a small oil leak about 3 drips a day but would that really influence oil pressure THAT much? what are symptoms of a bad oil pump?
