Low Dyno #.. Whats my problem!?

recently dynoed the car just to see the what it has... 233.9 rwhp is what it came out as... It was on a Dyno Dynamics Chassis dyno...

Mods: power FC, street ported motor, petit DP, Racing Beat Exhuast, Koyo raidiator, act street/strip clutch, Peter Farrell iC and Intake, and hoses were re-done..

PFC is on stock tune.. running the stock boost setting on the PFC...

Im not sure how accurate a Dyno Dynamics is compared to other dynoes but i heard they are like mustang dynoes... the motor only has about 25k on it..

What do u guys think my problem is? bad/dieing motor?..

I think that is part of your problem. How much boost are you seeing?

what ever boost is set on the PFC... If im not mistaken the PFC's default map is set for DP, intake and exhuast.. i dont really have much more after that..

I believe its set to .80 bar max..

Clogged cat, bad sparks, heatsoak.... or the tune itself.
Got the dynosheet ? Post it.

If it was heatsoaked, the timing could have been retarded (but dont know if PFC does that also).

What's wrong with the numbers? It's on a Dyno Dynamics, NOT a DynoJet. I got very similar numbers with those exact same mods except on the stock ecu and 10 psi. You had a hot, heat-soaked engine.

What boost level did you actually hit on the runs?

And, yes the PFC does retard timing at high intake/water temps.

EDIT: Actually, something is wrong with your car -- the PFC turns the fans on at 99C by default. You should not have been anywhere near 108C just idling before a dyno run, especially in February! Check out your cooling system immediately as something is wrong.

actually they ran the car 4 times and werent getting a reading so they had to shut down the computer and they turned off my car. when they turned my car back on thats when the temp reached 108C, the first 4 runs the temps were at 87-95C and i also felt the IC pipe and it was really hot. so im guessing it was heat soak and the cat maybbe (getting a resonated midpipe next week)
