low boost non-seq
OK I was having some boost problems with the seq set up. 10-5-2 so after serching over and over I decided to go with the non seq set up. now I am only getting 7 psi occasionally 10 but then a drop to 7 or 8 I have switched the precontrol and wastegate plugs and plugged each of the lines in every possible combination and still get around 7 psi (currently have precontrol plugged and using wastegate lines) so my problem is not there. I still have stock dp and exhaust but have taken off the cat. I have checked all vaccum lines and got nowhere. Tonight I took off the pressure chamber and plugged those lines and still 7 psi. tomorrow I will take off the vaccum chamber and plug those lines. I have had all the intercooler pipes off several times and still get the same boost. Could my secondary turbo be bad? How would I go about checking it with the non-seq set-up? Could my BOV be bad or leaking? How would I go about checking that? Any suggestions?

well get under the car and look at the rod that goes to the precontrol it may be loose or has come off a little it is held in by a c-clip. If that checks out o.k. and you did everything right (sure sounds like it) maybe the pre cat is clogged but you will not no until you replace it.
