my eng. was just rebuilt 1 month ago and just noticed the they lost the pressure chamber. the two vac. lines were tucked away unconected. ordered a new one but need to know if this will hurt the car. untill the part gets here should i leave them unconected, conect them, or wait for the new part??

Plug them both. One of them leads to the turbo control actuator, and you dont want dirt and anything else getting into that tube and harming the actuator in the unlikely event that i the dirt and anything else would actually find itself down there.

Just do the non-seq mod and you will not even need the pressure chamber

IMO, I would definitely not drive your car. It needs the pressure from the pressure chamber to operate several other solenoids in addition to the ones that control the turbos.
