Low Boost
OK upon recent purchase of a boost gauge i noticed i was getting 0 psi of boost, since then i replaced all couplers and have been getting a steady 2 psi of boost. I get a dip in the boost at thee transition point like a
2-0-2 boost pattern.
Recently I swaped my stock exhaust for a 3" cat back so that someone could pass inspection, and suprise suprise I now have 3psi max boost.
Now here is my question. Could the low boost be due to an airflow problem on the exhaust, such as a clogged precat or a clogged main cat? Anyone have any other suggestions.

If it switches to the secondary turbo, then it is making over 7 psi. It's just not getting to the manifold. You may have a boost leak somewhere else. Hook up a boost gauge to the nipple coming off the y-pipe to see how much boost the turbos are really making.
