First let me say that If you take car of the car then it will run great!

1) Change the oil every 2300-2500 miles.

2) Change the fuel filter every 15000 miles.

3) Do all of the reliability mods! *VERY IMPORTANT*

4) Make sure you get a compression test on the engine before you by a RX7. I wish I would have. Just go to the local dealership and have them do it. Also have them check for any leaks in the coolant system. Sometims the hoses crack. The radiator, coolant case, or AST may have a hairline crack that opens up when the car reaches operating temp.

5) Mod it and Enjoy it!

You dont see many Rexs and you will have people drooling over it. and yes you will rape most mustangs.. just watch out who you run

Once you drive it you will never go back, i cant see getting a supra now If there car ever goes Im going for another one or the RX8..

Josh

How about a Period every now and again? That has to be the biggest run on sentence recorded...I might even be longer than dont_be_a_rikki's roll on.

Actually, RSX are haveing horrible reliability problems. A close friend of mine is a tech at an Acura Dealership. They have been replacing/rebuilding engines in rsx type s left and right. cars wiht like 6000 miles on them. Most of the cars come back because a valve floated, which 9 times out of 10 means it was being flogged. But think how many rice boys are out there overreving and misshifting their older acura/hondas every day.

Oh yea and your question about the rx7, iv driven mine hard for over 2 years now. I have done the reliability mods plus other mods and have kept up on the maintnence. it has given me less trouble than my previous 2 cars. just read a lot ( i wish i would have known about this website before i got mine) and know everything about the car before you even start looking at them.

I am never going to use any type of punctuation again from now on I will type just like as if one was speaking when speaking one never says oh yes there is a period here or there is a semicolon there we just talk right so that will make typing much faster soon all wll not use punctuation and just keep typing hell soon I bet they will have to remove all those pesky punctuation keys from the keyboard scary

People people please.Lets Answer the man's question first, then we can argue and bitch about sentence structure.

Basicly when you buy yours, Have a Little Ching on the side to get some reliability mods. When i say that i don't meen coil overs and rims.Noo no i meen all mods that increase cooling and a bitch load of gauges so you can see problems before they hit. Another thing is dont try to jack the power in the engine fisrt then do the cooling and the "other boring stuff" second like *ahem* some hondas..I meen ! people do . Do that and you will be a ok
