You have a leak somewhere, check your intercooler piping and your y-pipe.

Heres a great turbo troubleshooting link: http://www.autosportracetech.com/RX-...leshooting.htm

What rpms is the issue occuring at? I need a little more info to do a proper diagnosis.

the psi drops at about 4000 rpms and eventually reaches 12 psi again at the very top end of the gear, but it takes forever to get back up to 12...you can definitely feel the power loss

My situtation was the same. I was only at 10psi though. Took the turbo's off and noticed a huge crack between the exhaust housing on the 2nd turbo and the wastegate. The exhaust gas was leaking in the higher RPM out the wastegate door.

Are your turbo(s) old/new? That's just my experience with it. But check for leaks first.

I have the same problem with my car. The boost is fine up to 4500rpm where it just suddenly drops to almost nothing and then goes back up slowly to maybe 6psi or something.

Check your cat also. Just unbolt it from the downpipe and shine some light in there while peeking in. If you don't see a mesh-like screen then it is clogged.

Yep same here, our FD always be having that kind of problems... No boost..No boost from secondary..Did the vacuum job first and still doesnt fix it. So finally took off the turbos and wholla the problem was the Exhaust Housing too. Turbos were bad, leaking too. Replace it with 99 spec. turbos and I was back to normal boosting.

I got these efini turbos from a friend... But it'll run ruffling around $2500.00 to $3000.00.

I was just going to rebuilt my stock, but figure that in the long run, these boost problem will just come back. That's why I decided to get the 280 HP turbos. (99 spec turbos) Spools up alot faster too. I also notice in between the switch of the transition it is much quicker too.
