Loose knock sensor wire

I've got a loose knock sensor I belive, the wire is black on the end of a big nut above the rear rotor spark plugs. Now what I want to know is where this need to connect to. I have another loose wire which seems like they may be been connected together atsome stage, but is not a white colour like the FSM suggests. where do I neeed to be looking for this white wire for the knock sensor?

any help is appreciated.

what year are you working on, what motor, any mods that would involve mix/matched wiring?

The knock sensor connects to the emissions harness. The connection is usually located in between the UIM and the alternator (based on how the emission harness is normally routed).
