looking for diameter of tach and speedo
Get a ruler or tape measure and go measure them.
They aren't normal gauges like you would get from the aftermarket (round, self-contained) but rather they are part of a normal instrument cluster and the cover makes them look like individual gauges.

FWIW, I have my gauge cluster here next to me.
I have a ruler I picked up in Korea and can only assume its in cm.
Tach is 107mm roughly, speedo is 95-96 mm roughly. I measured them from the outer edge of the chrome bezel.
But yes, Maxcooper is right (again) There's no way you'll be able to retrofit just those two gauges to another car. All 5 gauges and the idiot lights are on one big chunk of plastic.

are the guages self-contained or are they integrated into eachother? Can they be cut apart and make a new front cover. Were the tachs with the 100rpm divisions special edition or such?
