Looking to buy a gauge cluster.

So I was changing the faces on my gauges and When I pulled the needle on the tach out the metal pin inside came out with it. I read that that means I'm pretty much SOL. I feel bad about it, but at least I tried right? So any ways I'm in the market for a new gauge cluster and I've a bit of looking. I found the one I want on FDnewbie Imports so I naturally started looking into the business. Well I can't find the cluster anywhere else and I really want it, but I happened to stumble over a whole mess of people on the forums here that have had the worst service with Fdnewbie orders. So now I'm Paranoid and I guess I'm either looking for a little comfort in placing and order on Ramy's site or maybe somewhere else I can find the cluster i want. Thanks everyone.

Btw Here's the link to the cluster I want.

Going to be next to impossible to find that cluster, only a handful were ever made and they have been long, long discontinued.

I can attest to that, I haven't seen one in the past 6 years lol.

The mazdaspeed one and the 99 and up ones aren't too hard to get ahold of though.

Saw one available about two weeks ago, last one before that was 6 months or so.

Hrmm...well I guess I'm gonna have to open my mind alittle bit more and find a different one maybe. Are you the owner of rx7boutique Purerx7? I just took a look at your site.

When I resoldered my tach and replaced the caps I was able to re-insert my tach needle shaft back into the tach needle actuator and it has been working fine since. I don't know why people say that means you're SOL. The stop is internal for the actuator. Just align in the way you normally would if this didn't happen. If you marked it correctly, the internals will still be in the same spot; their resting position which is a bit past the plastic needle stop on the face. Give it a shot.
